Request For Proposals: Youth Services

The City of Harker Heights is seeking competitive proposals for a company or qualified organization who will enter into a mutually beneficial contract for the delivery of youth services in a multi-purpose facility located on 100 East Beeline Road. Services should include, but not be limited to: providing on-site youth programs on a consistent and regularly scheduled basis, managing the facility to ensure safety, cleanliness and accessibility as well as implementing programs and events that are sensitive and accommodating to diversity of neighborhoods, culture, language, interest and disability.
Proposals will be received at the Harker Heights City Hall Finance Department, 305 Miller’s Crossing, Harker Heights, until 2:00 p.m., August 31, 2009, at which time they will be publicly opened.
